     Richard Bernard Order Form

Richard Bernard emigrated from his native England to Virginia before 1647 when he rented from the executors of William Pryor, a plantation in York County called "Pryor's Plantation." To the deed is attached a rough drawing by the clerk of a shield bearing a bear 'rampant, which is the coat-of-arms common to the Bernards of Buckinghamshire'. He died in York County in 1650, leaving issue.

The Richard Bernard file includes information on 2843 descendants with 558 different surnames. It covers thirteen generations, with the earliest known birth occurring in 1608. There are 30,071 text records from various sources. To order your copy, today, send check or money order (include $2.00 shipping cost for the first CD, $1.00 for each additional CD.
